How do I create E-APP account to submit programmme application(s)?

  1. Click "Create Account" on the "Applicant Login" page;

  1. Read and confirm the details of the important notes;

  1. Fill in your personal particulars;

  1. Set user preferences and account verification method;

  1. Confirm the inputted information; and

  1. Enter the verification code to complete the account creation process.
